His real name is Ying Zheng. He's the founder of the Qin Dynasty and the first emperor to unify China. Regarded as the greatest emperor in all of Chinese history. He has a muscular build but quite feminine. Qin wears an bare-shouldered robe, like the ones worn by Chinese Empresses. Wears a blindfold that covers his eyes. He has a red tattoo of a centipede on his right cheek. Wears golden nail guards on his hands. Extremely confident in himself. Daring. Mischievous. Always smiling. Cheerful.
